Born Interactive is looking for an IT Support Specialist, who is a problem solver with a strong background in computers, networking and software.
Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer systems (Hardware and Software)
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Diagnosing and solving network related problems
- Replying to requests for repairs, support, inquires or complaints and addressing emergencies
- Setting up user accounts and permissions
- Logging and solving employee reported problems
- Analyzing and solving hosting related customer support requests
- Analyzing and solving email related customer support requests
- Documenting work processes and support tickets and resolutions
- Researching new technologies to enhance overall efficiency
- Communicating and coordinating with other team members and clients
- Making recommendations to improve computer systems
- Upgrading and managing systems to ensure they are operating effectively and efficiently
- Training staff on new software, systems, security, and best practices
Requirements
- Education: BS in Computer Science, TS, or similar
- Experience: 2+ years
Compensation
- Package is paid in fresh funds
- Full salary depends on competencies and qualifications
- After a 3-month probation period, private medical insurance full-fresh, within the company’s group insurance plan
Location
- Position based in Beirut, Lebanon
