Account and Growth Managers (ref#: jv0817)

Born Interactive is looking for Account and Growth Managers who undertake consulting, marketing and planning activities for customer acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell, to drive growth and achieve breakthrough results.

This function uses an integrated communication approach to boost performance and optimize revenue funnels.

Responsibilities:
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of client accounts across industries
  • Contribute to meeting client objectives by developing and overseeing the following:
    • Help define and document client business goals, growth objectives,
    • Prioritize growth initiatives, establish campaign objectives, and identify target markets
    • Propose the communications and creative strategy to be used to meet client objectives
    • Brief teams and ensure strategy is achieved
    • Confirm budget parameters and time guidelines
    • Gather insights, compile marketing analytics, including Internet trends, features and best practices in order to offer solutions that support the client’s growth objectives
    • Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
    • Plan, allocate, articulate and smartly spend budgets according to client objectives, using market intelligence to build plans and translating/evaluating social media activity into performance metrics.
    • Monitor and report on all account activities
  • Retain and grow the business including meeting or exceeding up-sell targets
  • Develops profitable and sustainable sales growth for assigned accounts
  • Proactively identify opportunities and lead the development and presentation of pitches/proposals to new and existing clients
  • Generate leads from all possible sources
  • Properly assesses generated leads and establish contact for meeting and presentation
  • Create proposals for current and new clients

Requirements:
  • BA or MA in Business Administration, Business Marketing or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Understands and uses data analytics to provide insights and propose activities that support business objectives and drive growth.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic. French is a plus

Compensation:
  • Part of the package is paid in fresh funds
  • Full salary depends on competencies and qualifications
  • After a 3-month probation period, private medical insurance coverage on top of NSSF, within the company’s group insurance plan

Location:
Position based out of Beirut, Lebanon, with occasional travel
Work From Home possible during Covid-19 outbreak
