Account Manager (ref#: jv0812)

Job brief:
We are looking for Account Managers experienced in working within an agency environment, skilled at client management and familiar with marketing communications strategy and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Presents the company and its services to potential clients
  • Develops and deploys plans for assigned accounts; implements account strategies
  • Maintains thorough understanding of the customers’ objectives and translates them to the digital platforms
  • Provides strategic direction and ensures successful implementation of client projects
  • Implements and manages the effective delivery of key customer programs including communication strategies and issue resolution
  • Investigates, tracks and resolves customer and client concerns; identifies trends and implements solutions.
  • Guarantees client satisfaction across the lifecycle of the project
  • Assists in the planning and oversight of digital campaigns
  • Analyzes campaign results and carrying out optimization if needed

Requirements:
  • A minimum of typically 2+ years for Account Executives and 4+ years for Account Managers of experience of having worked in an agency as an Account Executive of Account manager.
  • Digital native, expertise in digital channels, Web and digital technologies, best practices and methodologies, PPC, SEO, Content, Direct Marketing, Social, Programmatic, etc.
  • Experienced with client servicing and relationship management,
  • Experience in participating in new business proposals and pitches;
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, energetic, proactive, independent and responsive to feedback;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Proficient with MS Office applications; strong interpersonal capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills; prepared for a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively with others and work in a team environment
