Two leading interactive communication agencies announce their merger
Born Interactive and Orange Clicks are now one

On January 1 st, 2005, two leading interactive technology companies operating on the Lebanese market, and in the region as well, have officially merged. Born Interactive and Orange Clicks both have a proven track record in designing Web sites and conceiving e-solutions, and this venture significantly upgraded their production capacity, consolidated their expertise and widened their geographical coverage.

As Fadi Sabbagha, general manager of Born Interactive, says: “the aim of this merger was to enhance growth and expansion for both of us”. While Orange Clicks has developed an important client base in Lebanon and in the Gulf countries, Born Interactive has built over the past 9 years a diversified portfolio of clients comprising prominent names and groups in Lebanon, Qatar, Bahrain, Cyprus, North Africa, France and the USA. This merger enabled the new entity to engage in new markets.
